| GENERAL
CONDITIONS AND INFORMATIONS:
MINIMUM RENTAL: The minimum period is 2 days. Extra
hour is calculated at 1/3 on daily rate.
RATES INCLUDE: limited coverage of public liability,
travel Assistance 24H (tel. 919 942 500), insurance as below,
oil greasing and normal maintenance of the car. Bills are
credited on completion of rental.
RATES DO NOT INCLUDE: C.D.W. and Liability, Personal
Accident Insurance and VAT on 15%. The C.D.W. will be an option
of the client, which can be acquired paying a daily tax. This
tax does not eliminate the Liability in case of accident,
making it the client responsability.
PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE P.A.I.: This insurance
is available to cover Passengers and driver.
ALCOOL: Insurance without effect if driving with alcool.
TERMS OF PAYMENT: The cost of the rental is payable
at the times taking delivery car in it's total on short rentals
and half on long rentals.
FUEL: Is not include in the rates. The cars are delivered
with a full thank and must be refill, otherwise a refueling
service charge of 25% of missing petrol; plus VAT aplies on
termination of rental, at rents cost.
DRIVERS AGE: Minimum 23 years, with one year driving
experience.
GUIDE DRIVEN SERVICE: Avaiable on request only. Conditions
to be agreed.
BABY-SEAT´S: Avaiable on request for children
up to 3 year´s - 2,50 € per day.
DELIVERIES AND COLLECTIONS: This service is avaiable
subject to confirmation at the following rates:
- Inside city limits: free;
- Outside city limits: 0,60 € per kilometer;
- Airport: 5 €;
- Docks: 5 €.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Rates do not include damage waiver.
Both rates and government tax are subject to change without
previous notice. All charge are subject to VAT in force ate
time of rental.
